The choir elects its committee every year at its Annual General Meeting in September. The officers of the society are the Chairman, the Secretary, the Treasurer. Six other committee members are elected and may be given specific roles as the Librarian, the Membership Secretary and Publicity Officer. They manage the Society's affairs, including making arrangements for concerts.

The Music Director and Accompanist are also appointed by the Committee. They are ex officio members of the committee and have no vote.
